Coeus Limited was incorporated in Jersey in August 2018 (registered number 127066). From the start its business has been to build, own and operate software systems and to deliver what they produce as recurring services. The oldest systems still running today date from 2017 and have been extended continuously since.

Coeus is governed by a Jersey resident board and administered from St Helier, where it has its registered office and its operations office. Its first and principal client is Limpid Markets, a Jersey arranger in the interbank precious metals markets and a full member of the LBMA since 2015.

Coeus develops its systems with AI coding agents and an engineering and QA team it contracts, and runs them on cloud infrastructure it manages. It was accepted into the NVIDIA Inception programme in June 2026.

Beyond financial market services, Coeus builds and operates consumer platforms with the same systems and methods. LOB7, its community game platform, is in alpha.
